A cornerstone of the work of Gaston Together is facilitation training and services. Twice annually, Gaston Together trainers provide basic facilitation skills training (Level I) for participants appropriate for business and community members. Periodically, Gaston Together also offers Level II facilitation training in decision making and problem solving.

Gaston Together also offers facilitation services to the community. Groups such as non-profit organizations, community groups, governmental groups and town/community meetings can benefit by these services. Fees are on a sliding scale basis depending on the depth of service and amount of time required. Trained Gaston Together facilitators assist in these events.
