Emerging Leader Awards Nomination Form

Gaston Together is excited to announce our updated Community Leadership Awards. In addition to the Community Leadership Award, we will also have an Emerging Leader Award. This youth award will be awarded to Gaston County high schoolers that demonstrate leadership in the community.  

Gaston Together Community Leadership Awards Selection Criteria

  • The nominee must be a high school student in Gaston County (grade 9 - 12)

  • The nomination must include a bio with specific accomplishment(s) cited

  • The nomination must be received no later than 5:00 PM on October 15, 2025

  • Incomplete nominations will not be considered

  • The selection Committee will review all nominations to ensure they meet the award criteria

  • Please note that only the nominee(s) selected to receive the award will be notified of their nomination
