 Faith  &  Blue  Weekend 

Join us Sunday, October 12th for the Faith, Justice, & Unity March and Faith & Blue Weekend Closing Ceremony. Following the march, there will be a Closing Ceremony with a performance by a community choir, an ecumenical service, and speakers.

  • 3:30pm - 4:40pm: Free hot dogs at the Rotary Centennial Pavilion in Gastonia, NC.

  • 5:00pm: March from the Rotary Centennial Pavilion to CaroMont Health Park

  • 5:30pm - 6:30pm: Closing ceremony at CaroMont Health Park.

If you are not participating in the march, you can arrive at CaroMont Health Park starting at 5:00pm.

Keep an eye out in your local community for information about local community breakfasts on Friday (10/10) and service projects on Saturday (10/11). Information about some local events is available through the button below.

This award recognizes current or former Gaston County citizens who have performed exemplary community service to help build bridges of unity across lines of race, class, gender, faith and/or among municipalities within our county.
